In fact, more than 50% of Avista’s power generation comes from renewable sources, as well as being one of the lowest emitters of carbon dioxide in the nation. However, if you aren’t enrolled in Arcadia Power’s Bill Pay program, you will continue to receive your Avista utility bills Additionally, if you receive separate utility bills for gas, water, or sewage, those bills from your Avista (and other utilities) will continue to come in the mail.
